Automatic IP Ban

Wherever you are in an industry where security is a high priority or you just want to limit the possibility of intrusions, or you see any abuses, you can take advantage of using the Ban IP Address feature of CRM Defender

It automatically bans ip addresses from where failed login attempts come so any new request from a marked IP will be rejected by the .htaccess file and the client will receive a 403 error (Forbidden).

Just after installing CRM Defender on your SugarCRM or your SuiteCRM, you could choose how many times one user can try to login in a day doing errors and you will be completely shielded from brute-force and dictionary attacks:

Any requests from the same IP that has been automatically marked as suspicious by CRM Defender, will be dismissed.
